In this guided experience, Crystal will teach you how to identify and work directly with stored emotional energy. For example, if you’re feeling resistance, tension, or shutdown around something in your life, you’ll learn how to gently “dialogue” with that sensation — clearing the charge and the story attached to it.
This isn’t about forcing release. It’s about creating awareness and allowing energy to move safely.
